The entire compilation of the content found on this website is the exclusive property of Mahjongsoft, with copyright authorship for this compilation by Mahjongsoft.

If users can download Mahjongsoft content, they can only use it for its intended purpose.

User Account

If user is an owner of an account on this website, the user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of user's private details (username and password). User is responsible for all activities that occur under user's account or password.

Comments, Reviews, and Emails

Users may post content as long as it is not obscene, illegal, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy or injurious in any other way to third parties. Content has to be free of software viruses, political campaign, and commercial solicitation.

Mahjongsoft reserves all rights (but not the obligation) to remove and/or edit such content. When user posts content, user grants Mahjongsoft non-exclusive, royalty-free and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, modify such content throughout the world in any media.

Right to Terminate Accounts

Mahjongsoft reserves all rights to terminate accounts of user who breaks the rules.

Users

Types of users

There are several types of users and associated with them "user plans":

• local user — for the use local services, no other users are interacted, network games are not allowed
• network user — all of the above, network games are allowed, play in tournaments or marathons is not allowed
• verified user — all of the above, play in tournaments or marathons is allowed, plus some advanced features
• advanced user (to be offered within some time) — all of the above, plus personalized services like avatar and advanced statistics
